I guess the idea for stretching the neck of the Bag Lady all started because I bought a new engine guard! What? Yep...I saw this really cool engine guard for baggers and I ordered one for the Bag Lady, when it came in I had my old bar removed and the new one put on...this is where the problem starts. I already had a 21" front tire on the bike, and the new guard sat lower than the older one, so just taking the bike around the block...I hit my fender with the new guard. Jason said just to put the old one back on...well...I sold the old one...so that was not gonna work. We found a wedge kit from Paul Yaffe at Bagger Nation and got to work giving the Bag Lady a little Nip/Tuck. I love the look, but most amazingly...the stretch lightened the front end and she is actually easier to handle!
